We plan to restore the building 
to its original condition inside,
and repair the outside. 

It can then take its place as part of 
the original infrastructure of this 
planned Victorian town, and  for the 
purpose for which it was intended, 
but with a modern approach.

The social and educational needs 
of the present community can be 
served by the provision of facilities 
for all ages without significant changes 
to the building. 

He says: 

“This Arts Centre will benefit 
  all our local community.”
